Is Creative Construction & Remodeling licensed and insured?Fully. We've got all the necessary licenses and insurance place in the unlikely event that we'll need them.

Does CCR ever use subcontractors?Occasionally we do, depending on the level of specialization your job needs. But for the most part, we use our own crews.

Do you offer any warranties to guarantee your work?We stand by the work we've done, and offer each of our clients a one-year warranty.

How long have you been doing business in the Richmond, Virginia area?"We've been serving homeowners and business owners of the Central Virginia community for 22 years.

Who will I interact with on a day-to-day basis as my home is being built or remodeled?CCR's founder, Steve Willmarth, personally oversees each job. He'll be your point person on-site as he makes sure every detail meets his requirements.

I'd like my project done by the highest class of contractor. What contractor class is CCR?We're a Class A contractor, which means we have in-depth experience (40 years of it, to be exact) on large, complicated jobs, and a thorough working knowledge of all areas of the construction industry.

What kind of supplies and materials do you use?Our standards are several levels higher than those of the industry. Our projects always start with a baseline of high-grade materials with the option to upgrade as the homeowner sees fit.

Do you subcontract any work?We only subcontract out electrical, plumbing, heating and insulation. Everything else is typically done in house.
